She's the transparently gay secondary school senior who needed to take her better half to the secondary school prom at Itawamba High School in northern Mississippi. The chief told the young ladies that all prom couples must be kid young lady. Ms. McMillen called the ACLU, which undermined the school with legitimate activity. Accordingly, the educational committee dropped the prom. The ACLU at that point asked U.S. Area Court Judge Glen Davidson to mediate and restore the prom.
